Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Refunds are accepted within 24 hours of the order being placed.

Exchanges are accepted subject to a $20 fee to cover the production and shipment of a replacement item.

Incorrect Address Policy

The Hoop Gang is not responsible for packages returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Customers are responsible for any additional shipping costs required to resend the package.

Order Refusal, Failure to Receive, or Returned Packages

If a package is returned due to refusal of delivery, failure to receive the package, carrier holding-period expiration, or an incorrect address provided by the customer, The Hoop Gang reserves the right to charge additional shipping and handling fees required to resend the package. Any return shipping costs, storage fees, customs charges, or other expenses incurred as a result of an undeliverable package may be deducted from any eligible refund or charged separately to the customer.
