Yes. Hoop Gang shorts fit true to size with a performance-ready feel. Customers say the waistband is comfortable and the length sits perfectly above the knee.
Will the colors fade after washing?
No. Our pieces are made with high-quality dye-sublimation and durable stitching to make sure colors stay vibrant even after heavy use and multiple washes.
Are the youth sizes the same as adult sizes?
Youth sizes follow a separate measurement chart. Please refer to our Youth Size Guide to make sure you get the perfect fit.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are usually processed within 7–14 days depending on your location.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes! Hoop Gang ships worldwide. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking link. You can check updates anytime.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, email us ASAP. Once shipped, we can no longer make changes.
My package says “delivered” but I didn’t receive it. What should I do?
Check with neighbors, your building lobby, or security. If still missing, contact our support team and we’ll help track it down.
What is your return policy?
