THG Shorts feedback - fit (shorts pattern design issue)

I ordered 2 pairs, 1 for 12yr son and for myself. Overall, well made; the fabric, stitching, and print are great. Sizing is interesting, but no big deal.

The glare issue that I notice right away was the the 'cut' or the fir of the shorts - as laying side on, the shorts view as 'symetrical' i.e. apart from the drawstring and logo, there seems to be no difference front to back. Herein lies the fit issue. Athletes, especially hoopers generally have over developed glutes, and the 'cut' of these shorts don't allow for a 'backside'(?). So in the general movement of hooping/dynamic sports activity, when moving up and down, there's a sensation of the shorts pulling down at the back & bunching at the front. This, of course, would be even more pronounced for your female customers.
I think THG got a real movement going, but I think an evolution of your design is needed and of which will be well received by your fanbase.
I'd suggest getting some design queues from some other high-end sporting brands. You guys are killing it, and fixing this would raise the bar.
Ultimately, I could see our family purchasing every colourway to date if the shorts pattern design was evolved to accommodate as mentioned.
